Usually buying process consists of the following steps: 1. You come to Italy and choose the property you like during the viewings. 2. When you have chosen property you like, you make offer, and, if it's accepted, you'll leave the deposit (bank transfer or cash (usually 10% of the price of the property) and go back to your country. These deposits are refundable only if seller refuses or can't sell the property. Then we organise Notary checks of the property you have chosen. 3. After checks passed we contact you and organise Notary signing date for you and seller (usually 1-3 month after you have paid deposit) 4. After date is set, we'll send you instructions where to send money balance prior to your visit for signing at the Notary. 5. When you'll come for signing at the Notary, we provide interpreter. You get keys during the signing and can move in to your property immediately. You'll receive the Deed after Notary registered your purchase in the Government's computer (usually around 20-30 days). 6. After you have moved in we can organise for you refurbishment works (if necessary) and paying your bills. Please note, if, after paying deposit you don't wish to come to Notary yourself, you can leave Power of Attorney to us and we can buy the property for you. We can only buy the property you have chosen, for the price you have chosen and only in your name.
